What a lovely day on the 20th August for the Lough Eske Castle Wedding of Emer and Conor.  My day as their wedding videographer started off in North Donegal near Castlefinn before the wedding ceremony in St Mary’s, Kincasslagh.

Bride Emer Bateman got ready with her bridesmaids at their beautiful house overlooking Carrickfinn and the beautiful beaches and stunning Cliffs of this part of the Wild Atlantic Way.

A few miles away Shirley from Loveblooms Flowers was working on the floral arrangements for the church at Kinncasslagh. And before long Groom Conor Sheehy and his groomsmen arrived at the Church to greet the arriving guests – some who undertook long journeys from Cork and from overseas.

Fr Pat Ward celebrated the Nuptial Mass with his customary good humour and warmth and involved the entire congregation in parts of the ceremony. The music was provided by Kevin & Joni.

Photographer was Mairead from Remain in Light Photography who is always so lovely to work with. Wedding Cars were provided by Peter McLean Cars who took everyone to Lough Eske Castle for the drinks reception.

After the meal it was over to the always entertaining Red Alert band who had this lively crowd in party mode from the first song!
