The groom, Shane Furey from Drumcliffe in Co Sligo, had a relaxed morning preparation with his groomsmen. His best man, Aidan Furey, and groomsmen Anthony Cummins, Eoghan Furey, and Paul Furey, joined him for the morning. They all got dressed at home before heading to the church in Cliffoney for the ceremony. The groom and his party looked dashing in their suits, and their excitement for the day was palpable. With the support of his closest friends and family, Shane was ready to marry the love of his life and embark on the next chapter of their journey together.
Surrounded by some of her closest friends and family, Niamh spent the morning getting ready at her family home near Cliffoney in Co Sligo. The bride’s attendants included her maid of honour, Sinead McGowan, and bridesmaids Aisling McElhinney, Caoimhe Mac Hale, and Grainne Daly. The bridal party looked stunning with their hair styled by Kreation and makeup by Ann Young. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation for the special day ahead. Niamh’s wedding morning was a beautiful start to what was sure to be an unforgettable celebration of love.
The ceremony of Niamh Mac Hale and Shane Furey was officiated by Fr Tom Hever at the Church of St. Molaise in Cliffoney. Fr Tom Hever is a family friend and he helped make the couple’s wedding ceremony a meaningful and memorable occasion. The beautiful music for the ceremony was provided by Olivia O’Hanlon, adding to the ambiance and emotion of the event. The floral arrangements were provided by Marie McGourty and added a stunning touch to the already beautiful surroundings of the church.

The reception at Harveys Point was filled with surprises and fun-filled moments for the guests of Niamh Mac Hale and Shane Furey’s wedding. Singer Secreto delighted the guests with a singing waiter routine, which was an unexpected treat. This was followed by an Irish dance performance by the bride’s sister, Caoimhe, and a flower girl, which added to the celebratory atmosphere. The party continued with the Cufflinks band providing lively entertainment for the guests, and the dance floor was soon full with the Siege of Ennis dance. The joy and energy of the guests were contagious, making for a night of celebration that Niamh and Shane will never forget.
