The beautiful Killymard wedding of Ciara McCaul and Kevin Higgins was celebrated on the 12th August 2021 at Killymard & Harvey’s Point.
Killymard is a very beautiful and uniquely designed church in a modern style built in the 1980s and has a very spacious feel with multiple aisles all surrounding a central raised altar.
Wedding ceremony was celebrated by Fr Brian O’Fearraigh in St Mary’s Church, Killymard. Photographer was Paul Doherty.
MUA was Brenda Doherty and the Dress was from Belladonna in Galway, shoes from Dune and Jewellery by Matthew Stephens. Flowers were by Mary from the Flower Shop in Stranorlar.
Transport was by Linsdale Motors and the church music was by Sinead Black while the church decor was by Enchanted. The evening reception was held in the stunning Harvey’s Point Hotel on the shores of Lough Eske outside Donegal Town.
Killymard & Harvey’s Point is a lovely combination as the church is very close to the stunning hotel and next to Lough Eske. Many couples opt to get ready at the hotel in the morning, then travel the short distance for the ceremony and then straight back for the drinks reception and the party.
