Congratulations to Karen Martin and Colin Walshe who tied the knot on the 11th June 2022 – after a wedding ceremony in Fintona, Co Tyrone, it was off to Harvey’s Point Country Hotel in Co Donegal for the wedding reception.
Bride Karen Martin got ready at the family home in Fintona with the help of Ciara Falls (Maid of Honour), Shannen McNulty (Bridesmaid), Tara Walshe (Bridesmaid & Colin’s sister), Seamus & Breege Martin (Parents) & Granny Winne McSorley.
Meanwhile Groom Colin Walshe was getting ready in Doohamlet, Co Monaghan with Jamie Walshe (brother & best man), Fintan Kelly (groomsman), Karl O’Connell (Groomsman), Declan Walsh (Brother-in-law) and Colin’s parent’s Martin & Marie Walshe.
Hair was by Donna Brennan and Makeup by Fiona Murphy, the stunning Dress was Ivy & White and the shoes were Steve Madden. Flowers were by Kim Marie and Karen’s dad had restored a vintage car to drive Karen to the church!
The Wedding Mass was celebrated by Colin’s uncle Fr Adrian Walshe in St Lawrences Church, Fintona. Music was by the talented Ward Sisters.
After the ceremony it was off to Harvey’s Point situated on scenic Lough Eske in the foothills of the Bluestack Mountain range.
After some photography in the grounds of Harvey’s Photographer for the day was Bradley Henderson started on the group photos.
Colin and his Doohamlet and Co Monaghan GAA team mates were big groups to organise but no bother to these boys who are well used to a team photo!
After the meal it was into the dancing and boy this gang knows how to party! The Sixty Five Band were absolutely excellent and they performed for the evening reception and the dance-floor never stopped hopping with the big crowd partying away into the night.
Best wishes to the new Mr & Mrs Karen and Colin Walshe and many happy years ahead to a lovely couple and thanks for selecting me as your wedding videographer,
