Kilcar Wedding Preview Film
Anthony and Grace were married in St Cartha’s Church in their Kilcar Wedding on Friday 28th October 2016.
Bride Grace Cunningham got ready at Straleel near Carrick with the help of Chief Bridesmaid Fiona Whooley and Bridemaids Roisin O’Brien and Ciara Cunningham. Flower Girls Aisling McKelvey and Molly Anne Flynn were a bundle of energy also zipping around the house!
Groom Anthony O’Callaghan from Glenties had Niall Hester and Emmett Glynn as Best Men and Donagh O’Callaghan and Conal O’Callaghan as Groomsmen.
Fr Eddie Gallagher Ceremony in Kilcar
Fr Eddie Gallagher conducted a lovely ceremony and Readings were by Treise Lenihan and Geraldine Daly. Fr Eddie is lovely to work with. Nothing is a problem and is so genuine and helpful. After the wedding vows the Prayers of the Faithful were read. These were by Liam Cunningham, Joseph Lenihan, James Flynn, Enya O’Callaghan, Jessica O’Rourke, Chantelle McIlheney. and the lovely church music was by Riaghan O’Callaghan and Aine McGill.
Blue Haven Kilcar Wedding reception
Photographer was Linda Cunningham and assisted by Pauline Malone. We stopped for bridal party photos at Fintra Beach. This is a beautiful beach but be aware that there is a steep drive down to it. I’ve seen wedding cars stopping at the top and the drivers refusing to go down as they may not get back up! No problems this day however! After this quick detour we arrived at the Blue Haven Hotel for the Reception.
After the meal the evening’s entertainment kicked off with the always entertaining Keltic Kaos and the dancefloor was packed for the night!
