A massive congratulations to Emma Sinclair and Ruairi Mahon. The happy couple married on the 20th October 2017. Eveything took place in Clar Chapel and Harvey’s Point.
Bride Emma got ready at home in Rarooey near Donegal Town and makeup was by Ciara Lacey. Bridesmaids were Maureen Swenney, Tara McGuinness, Karen Martin and Maria McCabe.
Groom Ruairi got ready just down the road at Harvey’s Point Hotel. Best Man was John Paul Lakes and Groomsmen were Paul Sinclair, Kieran Mahon and Felix Mahon.
Clar Chapel Wedding Ceremony
The wedding mass was celebrated by Fr Peoples in Clar Chapel and readings were by Kay Sinclair and Tara McGuinness and the Offertory Procession was by the mums Evelyn Sinclair and Catherine Mahon.
Prayers of the Faithful were read by Gabi Boyle, Lauren Boyle, Sophie Vance and Grace Doyle and ceremony music was by Yvana Murphy, Richard McCarthy and Aedin Corr.
Photographer was Paul McGinty of Ghorm Studios and we all travelled to Murvagh Beach for the photoshoot with the bridal party. The beach is a lovely location for photos as not only do you have the strand. But the dunes overlooking the beach and the forest nearby provides many great locations.
Harvey’s Point Wedding Reception
On arrival at Harvey’s Point it was into the new Garden Suite for a drinks reception. Then it was the usual amazing Harvey’s Point meal. The evening’s entertainment then kicked off with the excellent The Nooks Band and the lively crowd kept the party going well into the early hours!
In March 2020 Harvey’s Point have relaunched with the new Garden suite and the revamped reception room. It’s well worth a visit if you are searching for a wedding reception venue.
