A beautiful wedding on the 13th May 2022 in Co Donegal in NW Ireland with an Ardara Church ceremony and wedding reception in the Waterfront Hotel Dungloe.
Bride Eileen Campbell got ready with her bridesmaids (and sisters!) Michelle Campbell and Marie Louise McColgan and parents Jim & Mary just outside Portnoo, Co Donegal in the North West of Ireland. The Glaswegian family had travelled over to Donegal for the big day where Eileen was all set to get married to local lad Liam Boyle from Rosbeg.

Liam was getting prepared only 10 minutes away at the family home. Brothers Donal, Eamonn, James and Philip were the groomsmen and also parents Danny and Mairead were getting set for the big day. A nice bottle of Silkie Whiskey was opened, and sampled, to settle any nerves!

A piper played outside the Church of the Holy Family in Ardara to welcome the guests and to greet the bride and bridesmaids arriving for the ceremony. The ceremony was conducted by Very Rev Dean Austin Laverty PP and the ceremony music was by the talented Friel sisters.

After the ceremony it was off to Rosbeg for the photoshoots with Photographer Marty Crawford. A quick pitstop in the Dawros Bay House allowed the bridal party to all spend a bit of time together before heading off for the reception in the Waterfront Hotel Dungloe.

Arriving at the Waterfront the traditional music from the Friel Sisters rang out to welcome everyone to the reception. Soon the bride and groom arrived, mingled, and everyone got seated to enjoy the fantastic meal and it was soon time for the band. White Diamond kicked off the night’s entertainment and the big crowd from Glasgow mingled in effortlessly with the Rosbeg connection!
