Maggie and Shane’s Wedding in Lettercran and Jacksons Hotel
Another lovely day with great conditions on Friday 3rd June 2016 for the wedding of Maggie and Shane at Lettercran.
The wedding mass was held in St Joseph’s, Lettercran, near Pettigo, Co Donegal. The nuptial mass celebrated by Fr Frank McManus.
Bride Maggie McManus got ready at the family home in Drumawark, Pettigo, and her Bridesmaids were Vanessa McManus and Ciara Hilley. Flower girl was Colleen O’Neill. Makeup was done by Makeup Artist Jenny McDonagh.
Groom Shane O’Neill was looked after by Best Man PJ O’Neill and Groomsman Killian Gallagher and Page Boy Eoghan O’Neill.
St Joseph’s, Lettercran, looked lovely for the day and the ceremony was a nice relaxed celebration with lovely music by Donna Taggart. Felix & Johnny McManus were on hand as ushers to help out on the day.
Readings were by Annemarie Dolan and Claire Harvey. and Prayers of the Faithful by Patrick Burke, Patrick Byrne, Felix McManus, Johnny McManus and Ryan Morris, and then mums Monica O’Neill and Marjorie McManus brought the Offetory Procession to the altar.
Photographer for the day was Kayleigh Clarke from Derry and the transport was two beautiful cars from Black Town Limos from Castlederg.
After the ceremony we went on to the Gortletteragh Woods and Waterfall for the photoshoot. Then we headed into the wedding reception at Jackson’s Hotel in Ballybofey. The band for the night was the very entertaining Rockhill Ramblers followed up by DJ Stephen McElhinney.
