Such a beautiful winter wedding of Laoise and Kieran on the 30th December 2020. On the third attempt due to all the restrictions thankfully the stars aligned and everything was set for a beautiful wedding on a wintry but sunny and snowy day.
Bride Laoise got ready at the family home at Lettermacaward in Co Donegal and groom Kieran was getting set at the Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny. It was the most beautiful morning for some aerial drone wedding video as the low clouds were just lifting as the sun rose over the Gweebarrow Bridge.
The ceremony was carried out by Fr Adrian Gavigan at St Bridgets Church at 12 noon. Always a great idea for a winter wedding to go a little earlier like 12 or 12.30 to ensure you have the nicest light after your cermemony for your photography and video! Photographer on the day was Paul Doherty who was lovely to work with and found some amazingly beautiful locations including the stunning railway tracks which were stunning int he photos and videos.
The brides cousin Fiona read out a lovely communion reflection which complemented the day (and my wedding film!) beautifully. And the couple’s son Peter was the Page Boy for the day who certaily enjoyed every moment of this lovely winter wedding in Co Donegal.
Hair and makeup was by Studio One Dungloe, dress by Pearls and Lace Donegal Town, Shoes by Charlotte Mills, Earrings by Laveesha and Braclet by Pearls & Lace. The flowers were by Love Blooms. Ceremony Music was by Mikaela Bonner. Church decor was by Enchanted Wedding Company and the wedding cake was by Funky Cakes Derry. Eventful and Ultimate Touches took care of the wedding venue decor.
