Elegant Coastal Wedding at Mulranny Park Hotel | J&G

If you’re dreaming of a relaxed yet elegant wedding on Ireland’s west coast, Mulranny Park Hotel in Co Mayo offers a truly stunning setting. Jayne and Graham’s spring wedding is a perfect example of how this lovely venue can host a deeply personal and joy-filled celebration with breathtaking Atlantic views.

Jayne began her morning in a seafront apartment on the hotel grounds, joined by her sisters and closest friends. With hair by Irma Butkus and makeup by Ellie Murphy, the atmosphere was calm and filled with emotion—especially when the bridesmaids read a heartfelt poem just before the dress reveal. A champagne toast set the tone for the day’s fun.

Graham’s morning preparations took place at the Westport Country Lodge Hotel, surrounded by his groomsmen Cian, John, Michael, and Herbert. The atmosphere was relaxed but full of anticipation as the lads shared laughs, helped each other with ties and cufflinks, and raised a toast ahead of the big moment. He then stepped outside to admire the vintage car that would bring him to the ceremony—a thoughtful touch from his groomsman John. With the mountains in the distance and excitement building, it was the perfect calm before the day unfolded.

The couple held their ceremony at Christ Church in Castlebar, where music played a key role. Jayne’s mother Hazel performed on the organ, and her cousin Avril sang “The Voyage” as they signed the register. After a relaxed coffee break outside the church, the couple returned to Mulranny for a beachside photo session before heading into the reception.

With views over Clew Bay, Mulranny Park Hotel was the perfect backdrop for speeches from both families, heartfelt toasts, and a packed dancefloor. Their first dance—Ed Sheeran’s Perfect—was performed live by Avril with the backing of the band Late Nite Radio.
