How Great Thou Art – Wedding Music

How Great Thou Art – Big congratulations to Elaine & Ciaran who were married on 29th June 2017.

Bride Elaine Boyle got ready at the family home in Kilclooney near Portnoo with Maid of Honour Martina and Bridesiamids Paula, Mikaela and Oonagh. Flowergirl Thia and Pageboys Rian and Rohan were also looking great in their wedding day outfits.

Groom Ciaran Clarke had Bestman Oisin and Groomsmen Christopher, Liam and Michael at Letterkenny Cathedral all ready for the Wedding Ceremony.

The ceremony itself was celebrated by Fr Eamonn Kelly. Readings were by Maureen Emblin and Dympna Reilly and a psalm was sung by Oonagh Clarke. Prayers of the Faithful were read by Niamh Clarke, Stephen McNicholas, Mark Botle and Brian Boule and the Offetory Procession was by Claire Boyle and Dympna Reilly. A poem was read by Denis Sweeney and then as a great surprise for the big crowd the bride herself sang ‘How Great Thou Art’ after communion. Music was by Mark McClean, Thomas Schott and Joseph Gibson.

Photographer for the day was Nicola Kelly from Moville and after a photoshoot at Voodoo where the happy couple met and were Elaine worked until recently it was off to the beach then into the Silver Tassie Hotel. At the Tassie we were all surprised by a very special guest who entertained the big crowd during the desserts. After the meal the lively Rhythm & Sticks kicked off the entertainment for the night. Best wishes to Elaine and Ciaran!
