C&S // Clanree Hotel Wedding

Congratulations to Clodagh and Stephen who tied the knot on the 6th November 2020 in Ballintra and at the Clanree Hotel Wedding venue Letterkenny.

Bride Clodagh Roper got ready at Tonragee near Ballyshannon, Co Donegal. Maid of Honour for Clodagh was Lana Finnegan. Groom Stephen Brady was getting ready at home in Ballintra with Bernard, Kevin and Ciaran Brady.

The bride’s dress was by Roland Joyce, heels by Jimmy Choo and Clodagh was well organised by having a pair of Schuh runners for the photoshoot!

Photographer was Paul McGinty of Ghorm Studio Photography and we went to Murvagh Beach for this photoshoot and the happy couple took a little time to take their first dance here in the woods at Murvagh!

First dance in the beautiful forest at Murvagh with a lovely November sunset before heading to the Clanree Hotel Wedding Venue

The Church at St Bridget’s Ballintra was looking amazing with great floral displays and lots of beautiful little touches by Enchanted Wedding Company and Deane Conaghan provided the lovely wedding music. The ceremony was celebrated by Fr O’Fearrai.

After the ceremony it was through Barnes Gap to Letterkenny to the Clanree Hotel Wedding venue. Using the smaller dining room converted into a wedding reception it’s a beautiful location for a more intimate wedding with smaller numbers during the Covid restrictions.

Clodagh and Stephen went ahead with 25 guests and it was such a beautiful and fun wedding day – and they are now looking forward not only to a happy life together but to celebrating the whole thing again with a big group of friends and extended family as soon as it’s possible!!!
